Carbon Black
Carbon Black
Introduction
Carbon black (carbon black, also known as platinum), is a kind of amorphous. According to the analysis, can be in black surface inspection as phenol base, quinonoids base, carboxyl group, these acid groups in gas concentration of black and oxidation furnace black surface special high. In the furnace black can be detected in pyranoid ketone structure, this determines the furnace of alkaline properties of black. Volatile copy content can judge the concentration of surface functional groups, also can measure of black polarity. Plus, because the area is larger, easy carbon adsorption of moisture in the volatile environment, so in the transport, storage and carbon in use process hygroscopic, we must pay special attention.
Application
Carbon black is mainly applied to various rubber products such as tyres, rubber overshoes, cable, seal ring, tape etc. Moreover they can be applied to such relevant industries as plastic manufacture. It's also used for type furnace high carbon and its structural high wear-resisting type between ultraabrasion resistant and high wear resistance between carbon.
